Returns

If you would like to return an unwanted item purchased from our Shop, please return it in a saleable condition by post within 28 days of receipt by completing the Returns/Exchange Form included with your order and post it to: Sheldrick Wildlife Trust,1 Oak Place, Rosier Business Park, Coneyhurst Road, Billingshurst, West Sussex, RH14 9DE, United Kingdom. If you did not receive a Returns/Exchange Form, please contact us.

The cost of Return Postage is the responsibility of the sender and will not be paid by the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust.

If you have any questions about returning items or an entire order, please contact us with your order number.

 

Exchanges

Exchanges can be offered, at the discretion of the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust, providing the desired item is in stock and items have been returned in a saleable condition within 28 days of delivery. The Sheldrick Wildlife Trust will cover the cost of return postage only if the original item purchased was faulty. Should an item be exchanged for any other reason, postage costs to return the item to be exchanged and those that will be incurred by the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust must be paid by the buyer. The Sheldrick Wildlife Trust reserves the right to post the exchanged item only when postage has first been paid.

Exchanges will be dispatched within 14 working days of the item being received by the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust office. Where an item is not in stock, a refund will be offered.

Refunds

For faulty items declared to us within 28 days of delivery, or items returned in a saleable condition by post within 28 days of delivery, refunds will be processed within 14 working days of the item being received by the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust UK office. Refunds will be paid directly to the card or PayPal account used to place the original order. Refunds will be paid on returned items only. Refunds will not be issued on shipping charges incurred in the original order, unless the reason for return is due to a faulty item, and the faulty item(s) makes up the entire original shop order, or where delivery has not been fulfilled due to the fault of Sheldrick Wildlife Trust.

 

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a fully resalable condition. When trying on clothing, please ensure you are not wearing any make up, fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark on the clothing.
