If you are purchasing as a consumer, you may have statutory rights to cancel or withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

Please provide:
- Your order number;
- Your full name;
- The email address used when placing the order; and
- Any additional information that may help us identify your purchase.
You do not need to give a reason for cancelling your order, although any feedback you choose to provide is appreciated.
Once you have informed us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the goods to us within 14 days.
Unless goods are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
Where required by applicable law, we will refund the price paid for the goods together with the cost of our standard delivery service. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Certain products are excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by law, including:
- goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised;
- sealed goods which are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed;
- perishable goods; and
- digital content supplied electronically where supply has begun with your prior consent and acknowledgement that your right to withdraw is lost.
