Overseas orders (all non UK orders) may be subject to customs charges before deliveries can be made. Please check with your local customs office before ordering to ascertain whether you will be charged duty or VAT on your goods. Charges are country dependent and all customs duties, taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
EU Orders: Due to Brexit, VAT (value added tax) is now payable by EU customers on products purchased from this shop, which is operated in the UK. Our products are sold to EU customers exclusive of VAT, which means the customer will need to pay their country's local VAT rate on delivery. For orders over EUR 150, additional customs charges may apply. Please bear this in mind when ordering for EU delivery and check with your local tax office for more details on what you might have to pay.

We aim to dispatch all items within 5 working days. You will receive an email notification when your order has been dispatched, followed by a tracking number for all international (non-UK) shipments.We use the Royal Mail 48 service, which delivers to 94% of UK postcodes in two days.
International Standard Delivery (Applicable to all non UK orders)
Estimated delivery in 7 - 10 working days of your order being dispatched. In busy periods (e.g. Christmas), please be aware that your country’s postal service may experience long delays of up 6 weeks. Please bear this in mind before getting in touch and use the tracking information that is provided to you by email when your item is dispatched.
