Delivery & Shipping

Thank you for supporting the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust through your purchase. Every order helps support wildlife conservation.


Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within five working days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.

Tracking information is provided for all international (non-UK) orders and may also be available for certain UK deliveries.


UK Standard Delivery

Orders within the United Kingdom are generally sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 or an equivalent service.

Royal Mail aims to deliver to most UK addresses within two working days of dispatch. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary.


International Delivery

International orders are typically delivered within 7–10 working days from the date of dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and can vary depending on your location and local postal services.

During busy periods, including Christmas, international deliveries may experience delays of up to four weeks.


Tracking Your Order

All international orders are sent with tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.

Please allow a little time for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.


Delays

Occasionally, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including:

  • Customs clearance procedures
  • Postal service disruptions
  • Severe weather
  • High seasonal demand

While we will always do our best to help, we cannot guarantee delivery dates.


Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name
  • Photographs of any damage (where applicable)

We will investigate the issue and work with the delivery provider to resolve it as quickly as possible.


International Customers

Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to customs duties, taxes, VAT and other import charges.

Please read our Customs & Taxes page before placing your order, as these charges are determined by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
